Well, this weeek Mel's gone back to the farm for a week's relaxation, and I'm working hard here while she has a nice time! It's OK though, Alex has joined me in the studio, and we're back in our own lovely studio again, did you notice that we'd moved for a bit? Clever ay?!

Now for some sad news, my football team is down in 5tyh place out of 7 in the whole league - this is not good :-( After playing I went home to see Andy Murray winning at Wimbledon, brilliant! Good luck to him against Nadal!

Se you soon, byeee!

I bought some flipflops, and after wearing them for about 10 minutes they hurt so much I couldn't walk! I took them back to the shop, and they gave e my money back - which was lucky for them, cos I'd be MORE angry if they hadn't! I've now got some lovely comfy ones, but I'm not allowed to wear them in the studio, why?! I need to know!!

If not, well it’s a shame your stuck inside all day. Tomorrow I will be mainly lying by the pool, and generally doing nothing. Ahhh life is good.

Plenty to celebrate at the moment then, and also remember the Eisteddfod is 15 days away.
Usually I hate going to cut my hair. They always cut it to short and do what they want to do to your hair instead of what you’ve asked them too. But today I’m looking forward to my haircut because it should be great fun. The guy who cuts my hair is a massive Liverpool fan, and considering that Liverpool lost to Chelsea on Wednesday and Man Utd beat Barcelona on Tuesday I’ve got plenty of reason to pull his leg when he’s cutting my hair today. But thinking about it, he might decide to chop all my hair off. Uhhh Ohhh don’t think I’ve thought this through properly......

Well wasn’t Sunday a marvellous day. I woke up by 12, which is a bit late, but what can I say it was a Sunday! And then I plonked myself in front of the TV and I watched back to back - The Ospreys playing rugby, then I recorded Man Utd and watched them draw. Boo. Then I watched Cardiff reach the FA Cup Final and following that I recorded the Blues and watched them lose to Toulouse. It was a shame only Cardiff City won, but it was a great afternoon of laziness and great sport.

Hello. I haven’t done a blog for ages, so here I go. I hope you’re all enjoying the holidays, I’ve been really busy with 2 shows a day, but of course I had time to celebrate Man Utd’s win against Roma last night, and I know “meilir432” will have been watching as well after he sent a message in celebrating Man Utd’s victory against Liverpool.

Also, if you were watching yesterday, me and Mel played some April Fool tricks, and if you want to watch them again, they are on the website so do it now, there well funny. And if you saw Mel’s trick on me, you’ll be glad to know that I have cleaned my flat, which I hated doing. What I need is a cleaner so if anyone is interested let me now. Also are fish joke went down a storm in the office, so I feel a come back from the office staff soon, so we’ll have to watch are backs for the next couple of weeks.

I’m also loving all the messages on the message board, so keep the coming, we’ve had loads over the Easter and we do read them all but obviously don’t have time to read them all out, but it might be you next time.

In a while Crocodiles.

It’s going to be a massive footballing weekend. Ahh pure bliss, well it will be if Utd win. Anyway hope you’re all well and I’ll see you tomorrow morning. Don’t be late.

Also I enjoyed seeing the way the kids treated each other at the start to compare with how they were with each other at the end of the series. I think it says it all, working with kids and animals – great!!! Congratulations to all the children.

But it doesn’t matter, because the rugby is on this weekend, can’t wait to watch the match in front of the fire, crossing everything that they’ll win. And of course now they have enough confidence to win this Saturday. Good luck boys!

And I’m sure at this very second she’s standing in a field wearing her wellies, with a bit of hay dangling out of her mouth, shouting “Shwd Ma’n ceibo”. Because that’s what Farmers do. Ask each other “Shwd ma’n ceibo” and then they always answer with the same answer “Ohh joio”

So Mel if you’re reading this, I hope it’s pouring down with rain and you’re soaking wet whilst enjoying yourself (Joio).

1 HOUR, 50 MINUTES AND 24 SECONDS. That was the time in which I completed a Half Marathon yesterday in Llanelli. My legs are so stiff it’s a joke, and for some reason my left shoulder is really hurting. Honestly, I'm feeling pain from muscles I didn’t know existed. But it was all worth it, I’m over the moon that I finished under my target time of 2 hours. So happy days. Got to move from my desk now, it’s going to be painful...AWWWWW.

Well what a busy weekend. From travelling to Llanberis to milking, pulling lambs, building a trough to grow potatoes and of course watching the match in front of the fire. Lovely!!! And then on Sunday, the pinnacle. When I was chopping up wood for the fire a car arrived on the farm, and out of the car came a lad from down the road with a box in his hand. ‘Do you want a cockerel?’ he asked, ‘because my father has given him his last warning’. The cockerel was living on a farm with another cockerel and they kept fighting until blood came from the head. So I took the cockerel, put him in a cage and fed him. The next morning I left him out with all the other chickens and they’ve been friends so far.

How good were Wales on Saturday. We hammered Italy and I loved it, especially as I was sat next to a bunch of Italians in the match. So I had a lovely time heckling them. Next stop Croke Park, and I really think Wales can win the Grand Slam this year. Two tough games to go, but Wales can do it.

A big well done to Tottenham after they won the Carling Cup yesterday. I hate Chelsea so I was over the moon with Jonathan Woodgate’s winner. Speaking of football, imp playing tonight, were top of are league at the moment and we are playing second place tonight, so I’ll let you know how we get on.

Oh yes, love is in the air today. I was lucky enough to have one card this morning, another one would be great so feel free. But what I want to know is how many cards did you have? When I was in school Valentine’s Day was a HUGE deal. I remember putting my best aftershave on, gelling my hair and trying to by a card and write it but without my parents realising that I was preparing for the day. Them finding out I fancied someone would have been the end of the world. But saying that I'm sure it was obvious as I never wore aftershave!

But anyways looking back it was great fun and something I highly suggest, so write your cards and you might have a new boyfriend/girlfriend by the end of the day. Yey!

The 2nd of March is a big, big day this year, because I am running a half Marathon, which is a mighty 13, that’s right 13 miles. The date is looming upon me quickly, and the furthest I’ve ran so far is 6 miles. Now, imp planning on running 6 miles most night’s this week and I should be on track then. (See what I did there?! Boom boom, track, running track… Oh I’m funny aren’t I?)

Anyway, in all seriousness I am very worried about the race. Thinking about running 13 miles is giving me nightmares, but I think the only thing to do is keep running and hope I get through it all. Why oh why did I agree to run half a Marathon. I need my head examined!

This week I’ve continued my routine of jogging 3 times a week with my flatmate. But I did hurt my back last week filming “Her i Ger” (You’ll have to watch to find out how!) And last night while I was running my back was killing me.

I am going to keep running, but I do think an appointment with the doctor is imminent… I’ll let you know what he says :-S

Hello! Hello! ‘Her i Ger’ today, worth seeing. It was so funny! Poor Ger having to keep up with the other Geraint, he had no chance! But, fair play Geraint the gymnast was amazing at his sport, and it was obvious he’d put his life into his talent. But I have to say, our Ger did a great effort on the day and succeeded in his challenge. I never thought I’d say this but, well done Ger!

Monday morning has arrived again. Boo. But I must admit I had a lovely weekend, the important stuff first Man Utd beat Reading so they remain on top of the Premiership even though they left it late. I hope your team won on the weekend, well done the Blues and Ospreys as well this weekend. Keeping Wales on the map!

But this weekend as usual was a well needed break. I’ve been really busy filming a series of Challenges for the program, some physical and some not. They have been great fun but difficult to pull off in the time I had to complete them. They will be shown every Thursday so make sure you are watching to see if I fail or pass my challenges.

I got a new duck over the weekend! The reason for this was because a sneaky fox had taken all of the duck's friends, so she was very lonely and the owner was looking for someone to look after her. And that person was me!

So I built her a little hut over the weekend, and painted it, and now she's living there happily - if only I could look after her all week!

Christmas has long gone and New Year’s Eve is becoming a faint distant memory. And that means we have a long slog of a year till next Christmas. BOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO

But, never fear, because Geraint’s here, with some good news about 2008. For starters it’s my Birthday in a month. YEY! The Eisteddfod is in Cardiff this year. YEY!! Manu Utd WILL Win the Premiership and the Champions League??? (Well, I hope). And this summer there’s no need to move from your sofa because the Football European Championships are on, as are the Olympic Games in Beijing. WOOOOHOOO!!

And I’ve also got an interesting fact for you, it’s 50 years since Wales qualified for the Football World Cup in Sweden in 1958, were they lost to Brazil 1 – 0 in the Quarter Finals.

Unfortunately Wales won’t be competing in this year’s European Championships, but you never know they might qualify some day…

So, all that’s left to say is Goodbye 2007 and a MASSIVE hello too 2008 and all the glorious Sporting activities!

And there’s nothing to do here except shop (which I can’t stand, too much stress) or eat! (But the food everywhere is terrible compared to home grown veg and meat at home!)

I look from the window here and that’s all I see is loads of lights, houses like boxes and traffic, wow that’s beautiful! At home, I would see animals everywhere, green fields and trees, tractors working, but more important than that, being surrounded by decent people who’s always friendly and willing to help each other!

Well, I hope you were watching yesterday, because it was a fantastic show.

We had Alex Jones in as a guest, and while she was chatting in are office, we nipped down the road to her house and stole (borrowed) her sofa for the day.

When she came into the studio she didn’t have a clue it was hers, just mentioned she had the same one.

But later on in the show when we revealed it was actually her sofa, her face was a picture.

Yesterday got better and better as Man Utd beat Sporting Lisbon 2 – 1 last night with a late winner from Cristiano Ronaldo, it was a super goal as well.

And Arsenal also lost to Sevilla which is great because I hate Arsenal and it gives me more ammunition for next week when Dylan Ebenezer the die hard Arsenal fan comes in to the studio.

I didn’t get to watch the football last night because I went to a Kayne West concert in the CIA in Cardiff.

The place was rammed with people and it was a great show and Kayne West was amazing, such a good performer.

Now if you didn’t know, tonight is a massive night.

Good Morning.

Tara Bethan is joining us in the studio today.

She’s are second guest so it will still be strange to have someone in the studio with us.

But I’m sure we’ll have lots of fun like we did with Sarra Elgan.

Because we have a guest in the studio, most of the day is spent rehearsing the links and going over the questions with Tara to make sure she’s happy with what you’re asking and the order of the show.

Thanks for sending in all your questions!

I’m looking forward to having a good chat with Tara as she’s very busy at the moment filming Rownd a Rownd and has been involved in many different projects over the year.

Right, it’s time for me to go and get ready now, which means change my clothes and put some make up on.

Boo. I normally take about 5minutes to get ready but Meleri takes about half an hour, which is ages, so I try and get the make up room first otherwise I’ll be waiting forever.

I had a lovely weekend out in the fresh air.

On Saturday i went to watch Tregaron playing rugby against South Gower.

Tregaron won 29 – 5, so the other team got a bit angry and started playing dirty!!!

Also, it was very windy and the rain was blown straight into my eyes, AW!

But I did enjoy the Tregaron boys playing with their hearts.

Hello. A new week is upon us once again.

Hope you had a nice weekend.

Mine was quiet enough, but thankfully Man Utd beat Blackburn 2 – 0, and without Wayne Rooney so that was tricky opposition, well and truly dodged.

Speaking about football, I'm going to play 5 a side tonight with my mates, but I’ve lost my shin pads so I’ll have to go and buy some before 8 tonight.

So plenty of time, but I do hope it warms up a bit.

It’s freezing outside.

Right, got to dash and do some proper work now, I’ll let you know how the footy goes in my next blog.

Enjoy today’s show.

Well, it’s Friday morning, which means one thing. The weekend begins tonight. YEY.

I’ve decided to have a quiet weekend because we’ve had a long week and I had an extremely busy weekend last week and I have the beginnings of a cold.

So a quiet weekend is highly needed.

But after mentioning the above, I do have to finish off my Christmas shopping, yes that’s right finish my Christmas shopping, I only have my brother to buy for and that should be a doddle.

I’ve never ever been so organised with my Christmas shopping before but I must admit it should be a great feeling come Saturday night when it’s all done and dusted.

Also this weekend, the same as every other weekend, I will have an eye on all the sports news.

Man Utd my team, conceded a late goal against Arsenal last weekend to draw 2 – 2, I was gutted.

So in hope United manage a win against Blackburn this weekend.

I’ll be watching with my mates and then I’ll head off to my Mum’s for a late afternoon Sunday Roast.

Yum Yum.

We always tend to have a late Sunday dinner so that we can all have a lie in, in the morning.

Next week Tara Bethan is on the show and we will be playing are new game Ble Ma’r Bwti for the first time, and after a relaxing weekend I’ll be more than ready for Monday mornin,g unlike last Monday when all I wanted was my bed!

Have a good weekend and I’ll see you next week.

As most of you probably saw yesterday Sarra Elgan was in the studio, she was brilliant and a great guest.

Having a guest in the studio gave the program a totally different vibe, which will be lovely to have once a week.

But for you who didn’t watch (How dare you!) we had a lovely chat and Sarra spoke of the time when she met Simon Callow and Uri Geller.

Also, in the studio yesterday we had S4C’s most famous GAC/WAG, Anji B.

I must admit I find her totally hilarious, even thought she’s out of order at times, I’m sure she’s only joking.

But I am going to have to tell her one day that Rhyl FC are RUBBISH and she shouldn’t brag about her husband playing for them.

If I’m honest I'm not sure if she knows what a football looks like.

Lol!

But after saying that, I’m sure she wouldn’t listen to me and she’d turn around and give me a mouthfull!

Yesterday morning I also went for a haircut, I don’t enjoy having my haircut at all, I prefer my hair long n messy but not to worry, imp sure it will grow back!

So as you can imagine yesterday was a pretty busy day.

But back to today, it’s just me and Meleri in the Studio, but we have got a great show lined up, including Peirianhygoel and Sgorio Bach.

Yey!

Had a lovley weekend, went to Aberystwyth ito get paint for my bedroom!

Then was off chopping the hedge in the garden to get a bit more light in there, and then we had a massive bonfire with all the branches. Went riding to fetch the cows in from the fields, no motorbikes for me!

The dogs got a bit confused as it’s usually them who are off gathering up the cows!

I went to help out with the milking, and helped to lift a cow who’d got stuck – all in all a really good outdoors weekend!

It's hard to get used to someone talking in your ear and trying to do a link convincingly at the same time!

But, with time, hopefully it'll become second nature.

Also, the director counts us down to the adverts, so if we don't manage to finish everything we need to say by the last second, we have no choice, because the adverts will automatically cut us off!

So, keep an eye out for anything like that, and forgive us!

Before starting on the programme, Meleri and me went on a tour bus around Cardiff City Centre.

One reason was so Meleri can see all the new attractions, and secondly to advertise the new programs, and yes once again with are loud speaker.

So imagine the scene.

Me and Meleri on a big, red double decker, with an open top shouting at everyone we saw.

Everyone on the bus were over the moon, except for the tour guide, he wasn’t best pleased that we’d stolen his lime light.

Sorry!

But a certain group of New Zealand Rugby fans were over the moon to see us, and even helped us with our filming, and because they had so much fun, they gave Meleri a small New Zealand Teddy and a New Zealand Keyring for myself.

An excellent little gift to keep for are memory of the day.

What a job. First day of filming the camera crew tell me they're coming to my house. One problem. My house was a complete mess, full of dirty dishes and the place hadn't been cleaned since I moved in and that was a year ago.. So there I was late on a Sunday evening...CLEANING. I was over the moon. NOT.

Then came the morning, now this morning was going to be a first. It was the day where i had to put make up on. There i was in my bedroom PUTTING MAKE UP ON. If only my friends could see me, I'd never live it down, but thankfully there's no photo. Ohh no, wait.. There is, isn't there. AHHH!

After applying my glorious make up the real fun began. We went ten pin bowling, played the Nintendo Wii, went to the cinema and visited the Millenium Stadium, which is where i will be making my Welsh Football debut very soon, if the team continue there awful form. Sort it our boys. But apart from that we had an amazing morning.

Dinner time came, and it was time for Meleri to join the fun. We had some food and ice cream and then got on with the real work. Well you could call it work, i'd call it havoc and great fun. Are brief for the afternoon was to advertise all of are programs. To do this we got given some costumes and a megaphone and of course a camera crew following are very move. So off we went, shouting down the megaphone so everybody in Cardiff could here us. We also terrorised a few people who really really didn't want to talk to us, but never mind, at least they knew when Stamina was starting.

Next came the costumes, are lovely producers wanted us to dress up as Flamenco dancers and DANCE, YES DANCE IN CARDIFF CITY CENTRE. Please remember I cannot dance, but off we went and i must admit i had a ball, and a kind man gave us 20 pence. We were over the moon. I think he was paying us to leave but never mind. And leave we did, happily and full of laughter after a crazy crazy day.

Well, well, well, we had a lot of fun shopping. We had our own personal shopper who would choose what she thought would suit us. But, sometimes she'd choose weird things! Luckily, we were allowed to say NO! But I do think Ger should've kept the hat and pink tie!

And then the haircut - we felt spoilt! The stylists spent half an hour just TALKING about my hair. What's to say, except that it's long, straight and blonde! But we were treated like royalty. Massage to the over-worked brain, four different types of shampoo and who knows what else was thrown in! To finish the day they also styled our hair. So, all in all we had a day full of pampering and... pampering!
